About Me
Edith Ben Ari, owner and founder of Bright Minds Consulting, has over 25 years of service and professional expertise in special education. Edith has worked as a teacher and an administrator in a variety of educational settings. Her broad depth of experience includes both public and private schools, non-public schools (NPS), and residential settings. She is passionate about ensuring that families understand their child’s learning profile, and that their children are receiving the best support possible in their school settings.
Edith earned a Masters’ degree in Special Education from Dominican University of California, and holds a current Mild/Moderate Education Specialist credential earned through San Francisco State University.
Beyond her professional life, Edith enjoys traveling with her husband and two school-age daughters, cooking and trying new recipes, volunteering with local community-based charities, and spending time with her loyal old dog.
